I Got Tricked into Loving Yoga

I kept coming back.  Not because I had “committed” to it, but because every time I walked out of class drenched in sweat, body fatigued, hair a hot mess, I felt GREAT!  So good that I often times wanted to go for a run AFTER class.  And I slept so much better.

Topics to be explored include easy ways to boost your nutrition (recipes included), ways to initiate a fitness program, weight loss, and breaking down particular yoga and TRX poses (videos anyone?). We'll look at bike fitting and cycling form to emphasize proper alignment so as to maximize your workout / calories burned and minimize risk of injury.
